End User License Agreement (EULA)
Your licence to install and use the EuropeanPay mobile application.
1. Licence
EuropeanPay grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the app for its intended purpose, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Restrictions
- No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the app.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or source extraction (except where permitted by law).
- No bypassing security or misusing the app for unlawful activity.
3. Ownership
The app and related intellectual property rights are owned by Digital Payment Services (DPS) and/or its licensors. This EULA grants usage rights only.
4. Updates
We may provide updates for security, compliance, and feature improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach this EULA or our Terms, or where required for legal/compliance reasons.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
